Kid is a meat with a fine flavour. Tender, refined, tasty and moist, kid goat is suited to numerous recipes and this whole product is particularly good for spit-roasting as a party menu.

The half-goat with offal is an ideal product for creating a refined meal for friends or family. It is excellent eaten as a roast or a stew. This meat can be cooked 'just done', like lamb (however, not rare!). Its taste is milder than that of lamb.
